Off Topix X-Files

I've been trying to conjur up an excuse to send a screen cap of an actor who caught my attention years ago, when we're supposed to be exchanging photos of real cops. But in researching this actor's online photos, , I bumped into an vague, on-topic connection. The photo [attached] with his shirt off had the following legend under it:
Actor Judson Mills (L) participates in drag races where celebrities compete against police officers September 29, 2001 at Law Enforcement Appreciation Day at the Irwindale Speedway in Irwindale, CA. Proceeds from the event will go to the Los Angeles Police Department Disaster Support Fund for New York City fallen firefighters and police.
The screen caps are from a February 20, 2000 installment of "The X-Files" called "X-COPS" in which the episode was modelled after COPS. Much of the episode was filmed with hand-held cameras, etc. As a matter of fact, the opening credits to the "X-Files" episode actually show the usual collage of real COPS footage, in this case from actual L.A. County segments, as the "X-Files" episode takes place in L.A. County.
In the second screen cap, the actor, Judson Mills, has a mock up of a cut on his face because some kind of monster has just flipped over his character's cruiser. Remember, this is "THE X-FILES"
